RV PARK RULES
General Park Rules:

Park in designated areas only. No parking on either side of the main road in order to provide a safe area for children and others.

All-terrain vehicles (4 wheelers, side by sides, ATV, UTV, golf carts, etc.) are not allowed unless approved by management. If all-terrain vehicles are approved by management, they will be used by adults for transportation only and not for recreation.

Pets are allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash and must not be a threat or nuisance to others. Tennant is responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Glass bottles are not allowed in any common areas or on the road.

Alcohol is not allowed in any common areas.

Campfires must be in a fire ring. State Health Department requires that firewood must be stored 1 foot off the ground. Adherence to local burn bans is mandatory when in place. For burn ban notices for Grimes County, click here:​

Tents can be set up for a charge of $20.00 per weekend upon site management approval, with a maximum of two tents. Fee must be paid in advance.
Full Time Resident Rules:
In addition to the General Park Rules, the following rules apply to our monthly guests/residents:

Renters will be responsible to pay for their electricity usage. An invoice will be provided monthly and payment is due within five (5) days of receipt of invoice.

Only one RV/camper and no more than two vehicles will be permitted on a lot at any time.

Tenant must request specific permission to add any semi-permanent fixtures including but not limited to: deck, shed, plant flowers, free-standing outdoor appliances such as outside freezer or refrigerator, or any other item surrounding the RV.

Water is provided.

High speed internet is provided.

Garbage dumpsters are provided. Renters will be responsible for removing their garbage in a timely manner. If garbage is not removed in a timely manner, it will be collected and disposed of by site management and subject to an additional charge to the monthly invoice.

Lawns will be mowed by site management. Lots must be kept neat in appearance and no trash or junk is allowed. Items interfering with mowing or management of the lot and property will need to be moved immediately upon notice.
Any and all deviations or exceptions must be documented and agreed upon with park management in writing. Rules subject to change at any time.
